Questions
The things people ask us first
Do I have to pay before seeing anything?
No. We start with a free homepage direction so you can see the approach — no payment, no obligation. If you like it, half the package price starts the full build. You then get a private preview of the complete website before the final half is due, right before it goes live. If we cannot deliver the agreed site once we have everything we need from you, you can ask for that first payment back.
Who owns the domain and the website?
You do, completely. The domain is registered in your name with your details, and the website is yours. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you and we help you move it. We have no interest in holding anyone hostage.
How do I pay?
Mobile money — MTN, Airtel or Zamtel — or bank transfer. The homepage direction is free. Half the package price starts the build once you approve it, and the remaining half is due before launch.
When does the 48-hour clock start?
Once everything is actually ready — your content, the approved direction, and the first payment. Not the moment you say yes. If your photos take two weeks to arrive, the site is not "two weeks late"; the clock simply had not started yet.
Do we need to meet?
Not unless you want to. Almost everything happens on WhatsApp: you send us your details and photos, we send you the site to look at. It is faster for both of us. If you would rather meet in Lusaka, we can.
What if I do not have photos or a logo?
Most people do not, and the designs are built to look good with very few photos. We will tell you exactly which shots to take on your phone, and we can put together a simple logo if you need one.
Why is there no online payment or shopping cart?
Because in Zambia they usually make things worse. Card payment needs a merchant account and paperwork, and your customers would rather ask a question and pay by mobile money or on delivery. So we build the catalogue and let people order in chat, which is how they already buy from you.
What happens after the site is live?
The first three months of the care plan are included. After that it is K350 a month for hosting, backups, security and two content updates — or you can decline it and keep the site as it is. Your domain stays registered in your own account, so renewing it is always your own cost and your own decision, not something you depend on us for.
Are the sites in your portfolio real clients?
No, and we say so on every one of them. They are concept builds we made to show what our work looks like — the businesses are invented. We would rather tell you that than pass off invented clients as real ones. Real client sites replace them as they launch.
