You then get a private preview of the complete website before the final half is due, right before it goes live. If we cannot deliver the agreed site once we have everything we need from you, you can ask for that first payment back.

No. You answer a few questions on WhatsApp in your own words — what you sell, who buys from you, what you want people to do — and we write the website from that. You read every word and change anything you do not like before it goes live. If writing is the thing putting you off, it is not a problem here.

Most people do not, and the designs are built to look good with very few photos. We will tell you exactly which shots to take on your phone, and we can put together a simple logo if you need one.

Send everything you want changed in one list and we work through it together. Anything actually wrong — a wrong price, a missing service, a spelling mistake — we fix whenever you spot it, before or after launch, and we never count those. What is not included is deciding you want a different look after you have already approved one; that is a new piece of work and we would quote it honestly. Once the site is live, small changes are unlimited on the care plan, which is free for your first three months.

You send us the change on WhatsApp and we do it, usually the same day. There is no dashboard to log into and nothing for you to learn or break. That is deliberate — the heavy software behind a self-editing site is exactly what makes most small business websites slow, and slow is what loses customers on a phone.

Not unless you want to. Almost everything happens on WhatsApp: you send us your details and photos, we send you the site to look at. It is faster for both of us. If you would rather meet in Lusaka, we can.

Because in Zambia they usually make things worse. Card payment needs a merchant account and paperwork, and your customers would rather ask a question and pay by mobile money or on delivery. So we build the catalogue and let people order in chat, which is how they already buy from you.

The first three months of the care plan are included. After that it is K250 a month for hosting, backups, security and unlimited small changes — or you can decline it, and we hand over the website files so you can host it wherever you like. Your domain is already registered in your own account, so it is yours either way. Nothing here depends on staying with us.
