Websites for Zambian business

Your business is bigger than its Facebook page.

We build websites that turn visitors into WhatsApp chats. Live in 48 hours, one fixed price, and you see the whole thing before you pay a single kwacha.

Our work

Three businesses, built to show you what we do

Open any of them on your phone — real websites, invented businesses. Each one says so at the top.

The Kabulonga Dental website on a phone.

Dental practice · Lusaka

Kabulonga Dental

Prices published, bookings by chat

A clinic that lists what every treatment costs, so nobody has to phone to ask. Each price opens a WhatsApp message naming the treatment.

The Makeni Hardware & Agro website on a phone.

Builders’ merchant · Lusaka

Makeni Hardware & Agro

48 products, tap any one to order

A full price list across seven categories. Every item opens a chat with the product already named — an online shop without a payment gateway.

The Lundazi & Co website on a phone.

Chartered accountants · Lusaka

Lundazi & Co

Selling trust, not products

No catalogue at all. A professional firm that publishes its fees — unusual for the profession, and the reason a client picks up the phone.

What you get

Everything needed to look legitimate online

No page builders, no monthly software you don’t understand. Built properly, handed over, yours.

Website design

Built around your business, not pulled off a template shelf. Clean, modern, and fast on the cheap phones your customers actually use.

Catalogue & WhatsApp ordering

Your products online with prices, and one tap to order in chat. No card machine, no merchant account — you get paid the way you already do.

Launch video

Every site ships with a short animated video you can post to WhatsApp status and Facebook. Free, and nobody else at this price does it.

How it works

You see it before you pay for it

No quotes, no meetings, no deposit disappearing into thin air. This is the whole process.

  1. Tell us about the business

One WhatsApp message. What you do, who buys from you, and what you want people to do when they land on the site.

  2. We build it and show you

You see the real website on your phone before paying anything. If it is not right, we change it. If you hate it, you walk away.

  3. You pay, we launch

Live on your own domain within 48 hours, with your launch video ready to post the same day.

Pricing

A price, not a quote

Questions

The things people ask us first

Do I really not pay until I have seen it?

Correct. We build the site first and send you a link to look at on your phone. You pay when you are happy with it, and only then does it go live on your domain. There is a small refundable deposit to start, which comes off the price.

Who owns the domain and the website?

You do, completely. The domain is registered in your name with your details, and the website is yours. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you and we help you move it. We have no interest in holding anyone hostage.

How do I pay?

Mobile money — MTN, Airtel or Zamtel — or bank transfer. Half to start, half when the site goes live.

Do we need to meet?

Not unless you want to. Almost everything happens on WhatsApp: you send us your details and photos, we send you the site to look at. It is faster for both of us. If you would rather meet in Lusaka, we can.

What if I do not have photos or a logo?

Most people do not, and the designs are built to look good with very few photos. We will tell you exactly which shots to take on your phone, and we can put together a simple logo if you need one.

Why is there no online payment or shopping cart?

Because in Zambia they usually make things worse. Card payment needs a merchant account and paperwork, and your customers would rather ask a question and pay by mobile money or on delivery. So we build the catalogue and let people order in chat, which is how they already buy from you.

What happens after the site is live?

The first three months of the care plan are included. After that it is K350 a month for hosting, your domain renewal, backups and two content updates — or you can decline it and just keep the site as it is.

Are the sites in your portfolio real clients?

No, and we say so on every one of them. They are concept builds we made to show what our work looks like — the businesses are invented. We would rather tell you that than pass off invented clients as real ones. Real client sites replace them as they launch.

Tell us about your business

One message is enough to start. We’ll come back with what we would build, what it costs, and how long it takes — before you commit to anything.
